If you have a relative or friend with a disability receiving government aid, they may want to attend our seminar, “Planning for a Loved One with Special Needs.” A Special Needs Trust allows a parent, grandparent, guardian or friend to provide funds for a disabled individual without jeopardizing his/her eligibility for certain governmental benefits. Setting one up is a fairly simple process. This special seminar is designed to answer many of the critical questions involved with planning for a person with special needs, such as: Conservatorships, Understanding Government Benefits, Estate Planning and Advance Health Care Directives.
