This program is an extremely cost-efficient way to become educated on the latest estate planning strategies for wealth preservation.  Financial professionals who are well-versed in estate planning issues will be better equipped to compete for high net worth clients and will retain top-of-the-line awareness in the Silicon Valley market. This program qualifies for Continuing Education credits for financial professionals (Certified Public Accountants, Insurance Agents, Certified Financial Planners, Chartered Financial Consultants, Enrolled Agents, and Chartered Life Underwriters). Attendees will receive 12 hours of Certified Professional Education Credit (as approved by NASBA), or 12 CLU/ChFC, or 12 insurance CE hours, along with an opportunity to network with other professionals in the community. The Continuing Education Program covers the fundamentals of estate planning and taxation.  You will learn the latest in advanced estate planning strategies, including saving taxes through property transfers, value reduction and ownership changes.  Advanced wealth preserving vehicles covered in the program include Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, and Charitable Remainder Trusts.
