Did you establish your estate plan several years ago? Do you have significant changes in your family? Are you in need of changing those you have named to act as a Successor Trustee or Guardian? Have you reviewed your estate plan in light of the new estate tax changes? Action may be required to achieve your estate planning goals.
We encourage you to review and refresh your estate plan. Restating your trust is an opportunity to meet with one of our attorneys and to review your present estate plan. We find that as time changes, our clients’ objectives and concerns change and it is often time to update the trust for compliance with the current tax laws. It is the best of both worlds; your trust maintains the same name and date and you receive entirely new documents without the work of retitling your assets.
If you only wish to make a small change/amendment to your trust and you are a current client of the firm we can help with that as well.
If you are a current client of the firm and wish to have your trust reviewed, we offer a complimentary 30-minute review of your estate plan every three years.
Please contact us for an appointment. We take appointments Monday – Thursday between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Please contact Heather at (650) 463-1550, firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our website at www.falkandcornell.com
