Irrevocable Trusts

November 18, 2015 by Jayashree Kathardekar, paralegal

There are many types of Irrevocable Trusts that our clients have chosen to include as part of their estate plan, such as Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILIT), Children’s Trusts, Residence Trusts and Grantor Retirement Annuity Trusts (GRAT), just to name a few. These trusts are separate, stand-alone trusts and are not a part of their Living Trusts. These trusts are very different which serve various purposes; depending on the goals the grantor is trying to accomplish.

If you are interested in learning more about any one of these Irrevocable Trusts and how they would be in your best interest, then give our offices a call at (650) 463-1550 to set up a consultation with one of our highly qualified estate planning attorneys to discuss the benefits of establishing one of these types of trusts.
