I think many individuals don’t believe they are “old enough” to have estate planning documents. When I was in my late 20’s, I know I felt like I was too young to be worrying about designating beneficiaries or creating an Advance Health Care Directive. Fact is…I should’ve done it sooner! You never know what will happen in life and what positions you may be placed in that take away your ability to make decisions for yourself. It is always best to be prepared and make these decisions while you can, even if the thought of it is daunting.
