Title and Homeowners Insurance:
For those clients who have their real property residence in the name of their living trust it is necessary to add the Living Trust as a "named insured" to their homeowner's insurance policy. You do not want to remove your name as insured, just simply add your Living Trust as a "named insured" party. The sample letter is in Word format for you to download, change and to send to your insurance company. Please note there are two different letters, one for couples and one for individuals. If you have any further questions please email Rochelle Falk at rochelle@falkandcornell.com.
